At After5, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns and product issues.
General Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Issues and Defects
If you receive an item that is defective, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose, please contact us at after5sunless@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. In such cases, and in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, we will assess the issue and may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Courier-Related Damage
While all orders are carefully packaged, After5 is not liable for damage that occurs during shipping. If an item arrives damaged due to handling by the delivery carrier, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to determine whether a replacement can be issued. Refunds are not available for courier-related damage.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for any resolution, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence to support your claim.
