Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders within Canada are shipped through Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during shipping. Any shipping-related concerns must be addressed directly with the courier service.
